Our names Bruce and Terri. Our daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Trevor , presented us with a portrait of our sadly missed Plugger, a Jack Russell. We were privileged, he CHOSE us to be his owners for 14 and 1/2 years. He died suddenly and the impact was enormous. When I opened the gift, both Bruce and I were moved to tears, because of the likeness you have captured. The portrait is now hanging in our family room, where he spent most of his life, with us.

Hi Lynne, its Tahnee here. I got a picture of my brothers dog Rufus done for Christmas and i just wanted to let you know he absolutely
loved it and thought it was awesome. It was the highlight of his day. I just wanted to say thank you and i hope your Christmas was great.

That is awesome. Gemini died about 15years ago and it still breaks my dad's heart.
He was a Royal Melbourne Show dog and was his best mate. Thank you very much.

Hi Lynne, the sketches of Max and Dylan arrived this morning. They are absolutely fantastic, Neil will love them. Both of the dogs were strays that he found when they were about 6 months old, and they have been inseparable ever since. I bought frames before the sketches arrived, just by having a bit of a guess, and I framed them up this morning, and they look brilliant. Can't wait for Christmas day to give them to him!! Thanks heaps for your quick service, I will most certainly pass on your name and web address to anyone I know who loves their animals. Hope you have a great Christmas, Cheers, Pauline.
